Feliz Aniversario a mis padres . . . can I have my chocolate truffle now? Julia didn't really get a truffle, but she did enjoy some of the polenta poundcake following a lovely anniversary dinner celebration at Quattro with her parentals (that's an Auntie Madeline-ism).
Fun trivia: Did you know that Quattro is owned by Julia Louis-Dreyfus' (Elaine Benes on Seinfeld) father? Mr. Dreyfus has some of his personal art collection on display in the restaurant. Our little Miss Julia was particularly taken by a series of inverted sculpture. The people's heads and eyes follow you when you move . . . kinda creepy.
